Privacy and cookie information

This notice covers the main xingshugs.top website, its contact service and the shared advertising preparation for the 45 listed journals. Each journal also explains its own tools and browser storage on its local Privacy page. Updated 18 October 2026.

Operator and contact

The operator of xingshugs.top publishes AEVUM and the linked topic journals. Use the main-site contact form for an inquiry, correction or privacy request. An article's external source organization is not its publisher and does not receive these messages from us.

Reading, tools and local storage

You can read public pages without creating an account. The journals' searches, calculations and selected-file operations run locally in the browser. The exact tool inputs, local records and export options are described by each journal. Checklist and other optional saved-tool records use browser storage and can be removed through the corresponding controls or by clearing site data. Such records are not synchronized to a visitor account.

Hosting and service data

The main site uses the ChatGPT Sites hosting platform and its Cloudflare infrastructure. The linked static journals use the operator's Alibaba Cloud server. Hosting requests can include IP addresses, times, paths, browser information and errors for delivering, securing and troubleshooting the websites. Operational retention depends on the hosting service and continuing operational or security needs; a fixed deletion deadline is not promised. The restricted administration area uses necessary authentication sessions for authorized administrators.

Contact requests

The publisher's contact form is hosted on the main xingshugs.top website. If you choose to submit it, your name is optional; the contact details you provide, message, submission time and handling status are stored in the publisher's hosted database so the operator can handle the inquiry and reply. A hash derived from the requesting IP address and hostname is used for submission-rate control. The form does not create a visitor account, and the message is not published as a comment. Do not include identity documents, payment details or medical records.

Contact records remain available to the operator for handling and following up the inquiry; this service does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion deadline. You may request correction or deletion using the same contact channel. Retention also depends on a continuing inquiry and applicable security or legal needs. Do not submit a request if you do not want the supplied contact information and message to be stored for this purpose.

Advertising and Google services

The journal pages currently load no advertising request or analytics scripts. An AdSense publisher meta tag and ads.txt record identify a publisher; they do not themselves serve advertisements. We are preparing for potential Google AdSense advertising. Advertising will require a separate activation after the applicable review and consent setup.

If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and device or browser identifiers to serve and measure ads. Advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to show ads based on earlier visits to this or other websites. Personalization depends on the applicable choices and rules; reading an article does not itself express consent to personalized advertising.

Participating third-party vendors may also provide choices through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out service. These services have their own scope and may require settings on each browser or device.

Privacy and cookie settings

For advertising to visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, our planned consent solution is Google's certified consent management platform. When an advertising consent message is active, use its Consent, Do not consent or Manage options controls. The partner list and purposes are available within that message. You can return to your choices using the Privacy and cookie settings link in the footer; when Google's consent interface is available, it reopens that interface. Before advertising is active, the link leads to this explanation. Google's automatically provided consent link is retained where displayed.

For visitors in applicable US states, advertising settings and any available opt-out or restricted-data controls must reflect the services actually enabled. At present these journal pages do not run ad-request or analytics scripts. Browser controls can remove cookies and site data, but clearing local storage can also remove your saved checklists and tool records.

Requests and external websites

Depending on your region and the data processing, you may have access, correction, deletion, objection or other privacy rights. Use the contact form, identify the relevant site and explain the request. Local browser-only information can be deleted directly using the tool controls or browser site-data settings. We may need to verify a request using proportionate information before changing contact records.
